Welcome to the Accepted Students-Sewanee Summer Music Festival Portal. All Accepted Students, in anticipation of their participation in the SSMF, must provide the faculty and staff with crucial information.
Please fill in all the fields in the web forms and downloadable forms on this page in order to convey your preferences, circumstances, and individual needs.
ALL FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND TURNED IN ELECTRONICALLY BY MAY 31, 2013 OR $25 OF YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEIT FOR ADMINISTRATIVE FEES!

Accepted Students Note: If you were accepted from May 29-June 20, your due date for paperwork is 4 days after the date of your acceptance notated on the e mail. After that, the $25 administrative fee will be deducted from your refundable deposit. If you have any questions about the paperwork or the webforms, please contact the office at ssmf@sewanee.edu. Once you have begun your webform located on this Accepted Student Portal, you cannot save it for later. If you have a change in plans or the information you submitted is incorrect, redo the web form and contact the office to delete the duplicate copy. If you do not redo the web form first, we will not delete the duplicate copy and will go by the information provided. These webforms are to make sure that your individual customer needs as an Accepted Student are met and we cannot successfully accomplish that goal without correct and concise information. Please do your best to fill them out to the greatest extent possible.
