Anatomy Class Explores Pasture to Plate

Farm manager Carolyn Hoagland, Biology professor Brandon Moore, and Chef Rick Wright collaborated to provide students in Comparative Vertebrate Anatomy an unforgettable learning experience. At the farm, students dissected chickens to learn about their anatomy, before visiting the dining hall to learn about the culinary preparation of chicken.
