CHCI-United Health Foundation Scholar Intern Program

The CHCI-United Health Foundation (UHF)Scholar-Intern Program helps students pursuing health-related careers identify a community-based health organization where they can complete the internship. The scholarship and stipend create a unique opportunity for financially needy students to take on what would otherwise be an unpaid internship, and exposes them to the health care needs of underserved communities. CDC Sponsored Student Opportunities

The Office of Minority Health and Health Equity (OMHHE) sponsors the CDC Undergraduate Public Health Scholars (CUPS) program, consisting of six internship opportunities taking place at four partner institutions, creating a public health workplace experience to increase student interest in minority health. OMHHE also works collaboratively with institutions and affiliations to improve the health status of America's racial and ethnic minorities. Opportunities that may consider First-Year Undergraduate Students
